We are a private server hoster, not a warez forum.3) You will not stalk or provoke a (staff)member either through PM or any other way. That includes threatening. As long as it is on the forum, we are held responsible and therefore will punish you.4) You will not post discriminating, threatening, sexual or shocking messages / images.5) You will not have any ego apart from the ego section.6) You are not allowed to advertise for any other private server or anything related to GunZ and / or the ShotsGunz community.7) You are not allowed to post any stuff that might insult religious people.8) You will only post in English.What will the punishments be?It all depends on the staffmember that caught you violating the rules and the type of violation. In the most common cases, they will hand out an infraction. The 3th infraction will be a 7 - day ban. If that ban has been lifted automatically and you have another violation, an Administrator will either make a deal with you or will except your IP address from any further use in and outside the ShotsGunz community. In some cases, the last solution will be handled immediately. (For example, if you are spamming for another private server.)Privacy policyUsing the ShotsGunz forums, specific data will be collected from you, being a customer of our services. Data such as IP address, billing information (for subscriber actions) will be logged. This information will automatically become property of LShotsGunz and therefore will not be sold or distributed to the so called '3th parties'. When possible we will use those data to adjust our forum to match user preferences and help out in a matter of problems. (For example, when a payment didn't succeed successfully. If we have your data, we can speed up the process to help you out.)If you don't agree with one of those policies / rules, please contact a forum Administrator containing your complaint. The Administrator will take care of it and remove your account from our services. However, if you use our services (for example, do a post), the rules will be handled. Whether you agree or not.
